Engineered Metal Expansion Joints for Critical Systems
Hyspan designs and manufactures metal expansion joints, bellows, hose assemblies, and motion-control components for mission-critical applications. Hyspan is established in Southern California, manufacturing precision metal expansion joints for high-temperature industrial piping systems.
1998
Mexico Manufacturing Expansion
Hyspan opens its Tijuana, Mexico facility, adding vertically integrated bellows fabrication, machining, welding, and pressure testing capabilities.
2018
Flexial Acquisition
Flexial (founded 1993) joins the Hyspan Group, expanding capabilities in precision edge-welded bellows manufacturing, with AS9100 certification supporting aerospace and defense programs.
1995
Universal Metal Hose and Braid Acquisition
Universal Metal Hose (founded 1942) joins the Hyspan Group, expanding capabilities in braided hose assemblies and flexible metal solutions.
2004
Flexible Metal Acquisition
Flexible Metal joins the Group, adding high-volume tubular assemblies and OEM exhaust system manufacturing for industrial and automotive applications.
